Training & Certification Courses
All sales of the online or hands-on training courses are final. There will be no refunds permitted once a sale is made. However, you will have up to 1 year to take the course. The state of Nevada, Massachusetts requires an additional State test to be taken prior to performing Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning. It is up to the student to check with Fire Marshal’s in other cities or states to see if they also require any additional licensing.
Products
All sales are final after purchase is made. We accept returns ONLY for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us and call us within 24 hours of receiving the order at shop@mfstradeschool.com, Tel at 1(407)732-4625 to alert us of the damage along with pictures of the damaged item. Then return the damaged item(s) to us unless we tell you to hold on to them. Upon receipt of the damaged item(s) we will ship out a replacement or parts, when available. If replacement is not available within 14 days, we will refund the full purchase price of your item(s). All shipping fees to and from will be paid by the buyer.
